This website is operated by BLR. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. If you have a question about your data, mail us at leon@blr.nl.

We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Contact form — your name, email address, what you are reaching out about and your message. We use this only to answer you.
• Shop orders — name, email, shipping and payment details, handled by our shop provider so your order can be delivered.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These logs exist to keep the site secure and available.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

The site uses functional cookies only — the ones needed to remember your shopping cart and to keep you logged in if you have an account. They are not used to follow you across other websites.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop the shop from working correctly.

Pages on this site contain embedded content — music players, videos and the shop. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other site: the provider can see your IP address, may set its own cookies and can track your interaction with the embed.

The providers we use are Spotify (music), YouTube and Vimeo (video), Shopify (shop and checkout) and Google Fonts (typography). Their own privacy statements apply to that content.

Our shop and checkout run on Shopify. When you place an order, your details and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment partners — we never see or store your full payment details ourselves. We do receive the order information we need to fulfil and support your purchase.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as they are relevant to the conversation, and are removed once they are not. Order data is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep our administration. Server logs are rotated by our hosting provider within a short period.

We share data only with the parties that help us run this site and our releases: our hosting provider, our shop and payment providers, our email provider, and our management and label when your message is meant for them. They may only use the data to deliver their service to us.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to its use or ask us to send it to you in a portable form.

Mail leon@blr.nl and we will respond within a month. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

When the site changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
